Wild Finch ONLY offers store credit for returns. We do NOT issue refunds back to your method of payment. The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include any shipping cost. Wild Finch will accept returns of unwashed and unworn merchandise within ten days of receiving your order. Items must be free of make up, perfumes, deodorant, and any other marks. If an item is sent back AFTER 10 days (post-marked after the 10th day of delivery) of being delivered, it will not be accepted. If an item is returned with any of the above criteria, it will be returned to you at your cost. We do not send return labels and you can send your item(s) back however you prefer. The customer is in charge of all return shipping and new item shipping rates. Wild Finch does not cover any extra shipping costs for returns. Should you plan to send an item back for store credit/exchange please email us at to let us know the item is coming. Please include your name, order number, and what item(s) you will be sending back. Wild Finch CANNOT guarantee a replacement item as we keep a low stock of each item and cannot guarantee an exchange on size for that same item. Please allow for three business days AFTER your merchandise has been returned for processing. You will receive an email within 5 business days of the delivery of your return with the store credit in the form of a code to make a new purchase. You will be able to use your code in the cart on your next purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be inspected, processed, and approved. Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. This means you cannot apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
